2. Principle

The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. Where visitors access the website from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is also taken into account to the extent applicable.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed in order to respond to your enquiry. The message is sent technically via the EmailJS service acting as a processor. Data may also be processed outside Switzerland and the EU (including the USA). Your details are not used for any other purpose and are not passed on to third parties.

4. External services

To send the contact form, a software library is loaded from jsDelivr (content delivery network) when the home page is opened; your IP address may be transmitted in the process. Fonts are loaded locally from this website; no Google services are used.

5. Hosting and server logs

When the website is accessed, technical access data (including IP address, date and time, page requested, browser used) is automatically recorded in server logs by the hosting provider. This data is used for system security and error analysis.

6. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not store any data in your browser.
